Once you arrive in Europe, you can use JAL partners like British Airways, Finnair, Iberia and Air France to branch out to smaller cities, often as included sectors on the same fare. So instead of paying separately for extra flights, you might land in London or Helsinki on JAL, then add flights to places like Barcelona, Madrid, Dublin, Edinburgh, Prague, Zurich, Florence, Athens or Copenhagen via partner hubs.
