How to get started

Step 1: Register in the Qantas App

To unlock the offer, you must register via the latest version of the Qantas App by 2nd of September 2026.

When registering, you’ll be prompted to choose between Double Status Credits or Double Qantas Points – so make sure you select the one that aligns with your travel goals.

If you forget to register, any flights booked during the promotional period will only earn the usual rewards – no exceptions.

Step 2: Book Eligible Flights

To qualify, flights must:

• Be Qantas marketed and operated (i.e. carry a QF flight number and be flown on a Qantas aircraft).
• Be booked by 11:59pm (AEST) on the 2nd of September 2026.
• Be for travel between 3 September 2026 and 14 August 2027.

Important: Codeshare flights or those operated by partner airlines such as Jetstar, Emirates, or American Airlines are not eligible – even if they carry a QF flight number.

However, there is an exception: Finnair-operated flights between Sydney and Singapore/Bangkok, which are wet-leased by Qantas, are eligible as long as you book them under a QF flight number.
